Having started Urban Family Practice in 1975, Dr Jablow retired from active practice in January 2006 after 33 years of providing patient care. Now free to pursue other interests, Dr Jablow has taken classes at Emory, taken up golf, started a new career as a travel and cruise consultant, and volunteers his time at a medical clinic on Hilton Head Island providing care for those who would otherwise be unable to obtain necessary medical services. He may also be seen wandering the halls of our medical complex as he manages our building and still does some advisory work for UFPA. He is confident that his colleagues at Urban Family Practice will continue their record of providing excellent care to a diverse population of patients and he thanks all his past patients for their trust.
