Dr. Jablow, senior partner and founder of Urban Family Practice, was born in New York City, went to undergraduate school at the University of Vermont, and received his M.D. degree at Meharry Medical College in Nashville, Tennessee. He completed his internship at New York Medical College. He spent two years at the Center for Disease Control and began private practice in 1973.
He is an avid runner, racquetball player and traveler. He and his wife, Leslie, live in East Cobb. His daughter, Laurie is an attorney in Atlanta.
Dr. Jablow holds faculty teaching positions at Emory University, Medical College of Georgia and the Morehouse school of Medicine.
